Tag every donation link before you share it, so the donations report shows which campaign, ad or post, and channel each gift came from.

Build a link

Filled in with the Kids for the Kingdom donation link. Change it only if you’re sharing a different Stripe link.
The fundraising push this belongs to, e.g. Clean_Water_2026.
The specific ad, post, email or flyer, e.g. Kenya_Video_1 or IG_Story_Nov12.

    Tips for tidy reports

A few habits keep every gift traced back to the right place.

Names are fixed as you type

Stripe only keeps letters, numbers, hyphens and underscores, and quietly drops anything else. Spaces become underscores here, and other characters are removed. Check the “will appear as” note under each box.

    Reuse names exactly

“Clean_Water_2026” and “clean_water” show up as two separate campaigns in the report. Pick from the suggestions that appear as you type.

One link per ad or post

The tag is what tells the report where a gift came from. Gifts through the plain, untagged donation link are counted as Direct / Organic.
